Walking and Fat loss - What are the benefits and Does it really Work?
Obesity is on the rise and is indirectly responsible for over 350,000 deaths annually. In 2007, the National Center for Health Statistics of the Center for Prevention and disease Control found that more than 60 percent of U.S. adult females were overweight. These numbers are staggering. What a difference it will make whether more people will think about walking as part of their health regimen. It's free and requires no special clothes or tools. Taking walks is an all natural fat burner. Why don't we look at some of the benefits of walking for exercise.
Physical Effects: Walking involves virtually every muscle in the body. It strengthens bones, helps preserve muscle mass, improves blood circulation and also helps keep our blood vessels elastic, preventing hardening of the arteries.
