Grab and Go Healthy Breakfast: Zip Lock Omelet
Have you ever feel like you don't have time that is enough in the morning to help make a good food choice? Do you frequently make bad choices? Did you have that muffin with a Grande latte, a splash and extra product of flavored syrup? Well today I would like to show you a quick grab and grow breakfast loaded with protein. This food choice is going to keep you on track to achieve a fantastic balance of womens fitness and diet.
This works great! A simple and mess free way to prepare the omelets of yours.
Take a quart-size Ziplock freezer bag and then:
Crack 2 eggs (extra-large or large) into the bag (not over two) shake to blend them.
Put your keto now Ingredients (bielab.snu.ac.kr) such as: low fat cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, etc. in and mix up well.
Make sure you get the atmosphere out of the bag and zip it up.
Place the bag into rolling, water which is boiling for exactly 13 minutes. You can often cook 6-8 omelets in a major pot. For more, make an additional pot of water that is boiling.
Open the bags and the omelet will roll out quickly. Be ready to be amazed! Prepare them forward of time and stow them in the fridge to ensure that you are able to grab one out and boil it, for a healthy and quick food.
