Of the thousands upon thousands of diets nowadays, what are the best nutritious diets to shed weight? Are they the easier ones that make dieting manageable for months in a time? Or can they be the dreaded calorie counting plans that make you become OCD as far as what you are consuming, how much you're exercising, and perhaps counting the hours between meals?

None! There is no one right answer for each individual to be found. All of it is determined by the individual that is likely to start a diet plan. I do admit I was tempted to create that the best diet plan may be the one which cuts calories, provides exercising each day, enforces just nutritious as well as natural foods, spaces the meals of yours to small and frequent meals, and also tapers calories at the conclusion of the day.
