Myths, lies and Propaganda About Exercise
Throughout the career of mine in the army I have come across a variety of tall tales about eating and exercise. The scope of misinformation is really fantastic that you'd think we had been dealing with Cold War propaganda. In case a lie is told frequently enough it's treated as the reality. Allow me to share several of the myths, lies and propaganda about exercise.
Exercise MYTH # 1: keto now free bottle (Suggested Internet page) The best time to exercise is in the morning, because it jump-starts your metabolism.
The TRUTH: Exercise anywhere, anytime.
The perfect time to physical exercise is the time that fits your schedule. That could be morning, noon or nighttime. The enemy wants to rob you of any thought of flexibility so that you simply surrender and don't exercise enough. Morning exercise will expedite the wake up process, and you'll feel energized. Mid-day exercise is going to energize and refresh you and enable you to overcome that afternoon grogginess. Nighttime exercise is an incredible stress-management tool that is going to get that circulation back up so you're truly infused with the energy to enjoy the evening a great deal more. Just about any morning as opposed to evening metabolism, difference is insignificant compared to the entire advantage of exercising. It's propaganda from the enemy. This particular misconception is busted.
Exercise MYTH # 2: If you do not exercise, muscle will turn into fat.
The TRUTH: Muscle doesn't and cannot turn to fat.
What a number of hogwash! The Wizard of Oz could be able to turn muscle into fat, but that is a fairytale, and the Tooth Fairy will not have the ability to assist you on this particular one! Snap out of it, Soldier! Fat cannot and does not use muscle, and muscle cannot and doesn't turn to fat! Here is just what does happen. You burn off fat and build muscle OR you lose muscle as well as gain fat. Get that some other propaganda out of the head of yours!
Exercise MYTH #3: Running a mile can burn extra calories than walking a mile. The TRUTH: Both running and walking a mile burn the same amount of calories.
