Excess weight Loss - How Not to Gain weight And how to Lose It If you choose to do?
Prevention--Nip it in the bud!
I remember one of the things my mom told me repeatedly is, "Prevention is much better than cure." This cliche applies for getting heavy along with some other problem.
We don't get overweight overnight. On average, it will take us as long to gain pounds as it takes us to reduce it, or perhaps longer. Yes! I feel like repeating that statement.
So why is it that we get heavy? We get heavy as we see it when it begins to occur, and we do nothing about it! It's hard not to notice that you are not fitting in your pants as you use to. We lay back and also allow it to happen.
So we've the weight--what to do right now?
We eventually acknowledge the issue and plan to do a thing about it. It's late, but "Better late than never"--another issue the mother of mine told me.
Eat less: I believe this's the initial step we have to take, and it is usually the toughest. In addition to that, it is not only eating less; it is eating the right foods--healthy foods with calories that are very low. The surplus calories which the body of ours did not use acquired us fat.
A little bit of observation on eating less as well as right: If you do not see unwanted foods trim life keto and dr oz (see post) smell it, it's a lot easier to avoid eating it. A refrigerator and table full of junk food is the enemy.
