Time. it has the main resource that you are able to never ever make more of and It is one of the top reasons people give when explaining why they do not exercise.

As a father of 2 with a challenging job and a host of various other responsibilities, I have an acute awareness of how precious each minute of the day really is. There's hardly a free minute in the day of mine. Up at 6AM and asleep around 11:30, the days of mine are jam packed.
When I was more youthful (and less educated), I used to invest a long time each week in the gym. 5 times a week, 60 70 minutes 1 day working out. I would follow the regimes I'd find in the bodybuilding magazines I would once read religiously. That is no longer possible. Not simply is out of the question, but it is not the best means to build lean muscle and after that lose fat.
With age comes wisdom (or at least I prefer to tell myself that!). My approach to fat loss and developing lean muscle and specially fat loss workouts has completely changed.

Here are some simple concepts which I've learned in my years as being a trainer along with former personal training studio owner that should be beneficial to the ultra-busy individual that's wanting to shed body fat and create lean muscle, but has little time to commit to exercising:
