"No Time" to Workout?
Time. it's the one resource that you can never ever make more of and It's among the most notable reasons individuals give when explaining why they do not exercise.
With responsibilities at your workplace, the demands of a family members, friends who would like several of your time, shopping, car repairs, home repairs, paying the bills...it seems as if there is never enough time for anything but the needs of everyday life.
For many people, the lack of time is very genuine, while for other people it is a convenient excuse for not working towards their weight loss goals. "I'm far too busy", "I do not have the time to workout", "There's certainly no TIME in the schedule" of mine.
As a father of 2 with a challenging job and a host of other duties, I have an intense consciousness of how precious each minute of the day actually is. There's rarely a free minute in the day of mine. Up at 6AM and asleep around 11:30, my days are jam packed.
When I was young (exipure and high blood pressure less educated), I would once spend a long time a week in the gym. Five days a week, 60 70 minutes a day working out. I would stick to the routines I would find in the bodybuilding magazines I previously used to read consistently. That is not anymore possible. Not simply is not possible, however, it's not the ideal method to build lean muscle and after that become slim.
With age comes wisdom (or at least I prefer to tell myself that!). My approach to fat loss and developing lean muscle and exclusively weight loss workouts has totally changed.
Allow me to share some basic methods that I've discovered in the years of mine as a fitness instructor and former personal training studio proprietor that must be useful to any ultra busy person that's looking to lose fat and create lean muscle, but has little time to commit to exercising:
Skip the gym.
