"No Time" to Workout?
Time. it has the main resource you can never make much more of and It is among the best reasons individuals give when explaining the reason they don't exercise.
With responsibilities in the workplace, the demands of a family, friends that want some of the time of yours, shopping, car repairs, home repairs, paying the bills...it seems as if there is never sufficient time for anything however, the demands of everyday life.
For many people, the absence of time is quite genuine, while for other people it's a convenient justification for not working towards their fat loss goals. "I'm too busy", "I don't have the time to workout", "There's simply no TIME in the schedule" of mine.
As a father of 2 with a challenging job along with a host of other responsibilities, I have an intense attention of just how precious each minute of the day is really. There's rarely a free minute in the day of mine. Up at 6AM and asleep around 11:30, the days of mine are jam packed.
When I was young (and less educated), I would once invest a long time every week at the gym. Five days a week, 60 70 minutes 1 day working out. I'd follow the systems I would get in the bodybuilding magazines I previously used to read consistently. That's not possible. Not simply is out of the question, though it is not the best method to build lean muscle and after that become slim.
With age comes wisdom (or at least I like to tell myself that!). My approach to fat loss and developing lean muscle and specially fat loss workouts has entirely changed.
