Importance of Dietary Supplements
Vitamins are needed for normal performance of the body - Growth, Digestion & Nerve Function. Vitamins & Minerals are needed in steady and small amounts and they together create the micro nutrients essential to maintain good mind and body.
There are two types of vitamins, Non-Essential and essential. There are thirteen vitamins which are Essential needed by the body which must be obtained through the meals we consume. The essential vitamins required by the body are Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Folic acid and Biotin.
