Restricted Dieting Causes Low Testosterone and the way to Increase It
Did you know that more than twenty five % of Americans are on a "Diet", however, the vast majority of them stop seeing results after a few months, get frustrated, and prevent?
Lots of users have complained and said diet programs don't work since "I dieted for weeks as well as days turned straight into a month, then all of a sudden I wasn't losing a few pounds anymore, the metabolism of mine must have merely de-activated because I really started gaining extra fat while dieting. Then I said forget this particular, if I am going to get fatter, it should be on food I love, and when I went back to having pizza as well as burgers I really LOST weight!"
Have you wondered why you diet usually stops working? It's quite common in individuals who follow very strict (and at times weird) diets. And it perpetuated the myth that diets cause' metabolic damage'. So everybody jumps on the "fix the metabolism" bandwagon of yours, treating the metabolism of yours like it is a material matter that could be reduced or fixed (like replacing car parts).
We know that this's impossible due to the enormous amount medical research which attests weight training while dieting preserves metabolic rate. The reason this happens is due to the "Life Hormones" testosterone of ours and growth hormone.
When someone is on a really restrictive diet, restricting say carbohydrates, the body shuts down its organic testosterone production, but when a person adds in intense weight training, the testosterone levels grow offsetting the unwanted effects of the carb restriction.
A comparable thing occurs when a person restricts body fat intake. Low amounts of dietary fat reduce testosterone production. The lower the fat ingestion level, the lower your testosterone booster hair loss (source website) production is going to be. Again, weight training will help offset this drop in testosterone production so your metabolism isn't likely to be "damaged".
Protein restrictive diet programs reduce Growth Hormone production, although dieting with increased protein decreases testosterone levels. So you've to be careful on protein intake, as exaggerating it may increase hGH, however, it'll adversely effect testosterone.
The primary reason men and women stop losing weight on diet programs which are restrictive is an imbalance in their "Life Hormone" production, and the weight training of theirs is not being done at high enough intensity to counterbalance the decline in their hormone production. When foods (nutrients) are reintroduced into the diets, we discover a growth in "Life Hormones" and therefore a burst in the decreased fat division.
