The shocking truth about the best supplements for weight loss is, "they do not really work". I'm not convinced some supplement speeds fat loss or even boosts your metabolism, or perhaps otherwise magically leads to more fat burning.
I have not been delighted by supplement exploration or by talking to those who have used supplements. Supplements are worthless for putting on muscle and losing unwanted fat.
