Diabetes - Tips on Controlling Blood Glucose Levels
You can find three primary components which determine blood glucose levels, and how well they are controlled:
1) The quantity of digestible carbohydrate you consume. Most of us consume a diet containing far excess of digestible carbohydrate. It pours about ten times more glucose into our bloodstreams than we were designed to deal with.
