I've Type 2 Diabetes, although I Fought It Because of My Diabetic Supplement
My childhood friend just recently discovered that he's Type two diabetes and that he'd to fill some diabetic supplement that contained alpha lipoic acid. He is borderline obese and sits at his desk 10-12 hours 1 day. He's an IT specialist and that's what he does throughout the day, simply sit down. He's really inactive, eats whatever he wants (an entire package of cheese pizza, for example) and he is not the athlete type who wants to exercise.
But when we went to a doctor, it was explained to him that if he didn't alter the way he lived the life of his, he will be ill all his life and never get much better. What is worse would be that he can die too early. He was recommended a diabetic dietary supplement that he had to take religiously and glucotrust capsules also on the dot. His doctor even stated that in order for him to get back to his healthy glucose levels, and in case he needed it to happen, he has to eat healthy food and get in shape. That was the sole way. As the best ally of his as well as practically family, it was upon me to assist him develop all of that and be wholesome.
Feeding on right
I went to his house and threw away everything within the ref of his. He had all sorts of sugary foods there which I disposed with no hesitation. I also bought him a further diabetic supplement in the type of a tea drink called bitter melon. The grandmother of mine stated that it can help fight cancer and regulate blood glucose. I searched for it on the web and there it had been - bitter gourd. For diabetics, the tea is a big aid for regulating blood sugar that he absolutely needs.

I ordered all of the ingredients at just once for the whole week ahead and planned for the seven day menu. The concept of mine of a diabetic eating way of life accompanied by diabetic product was flat recipes oh but no, his menu was very engaging, even I was enticed to try it for myself. I needed to get rid of some fat and weight also. The meals was delicious.
Exercise regularly
We both enrolled in a gym nearby and did start to work out. So that he won't skip away, I was his gym partner. We jogged fifteen minutes daily for six days a week. After that, he did a small amount of boxing for about 30 mins (with rest) while I was interested in yoga. After that, we did some cool down exercises together.
