That is right - if somebody will put in place a cannabis factory in your rented property, it has a fair bit of effort on their part. 1. Don't accept the 1st individual that comes along with a wad of cash
2. Ensure everyone completes a comprehensive application form. Should you have not got one, just ask me. Consider doing a CRB check
3. Soon after the person moves in arrange to check out the property. Most ROOMS!
4. If suspicious speak to the neighbours and see what task there continues to be in the property
Remember the landlord insurance of yours might not cover you against this kind of thing. And anyway you don't wish your premium going up.
