Does Better Energy Equal Better Weight loss?
For thrill-seekers riding a roller coaster can be a true blast. But it is considerably less fun whenever the ride you are on is the alternating lows and highs of the energy level of yours. To never mention the effect this can be having on your waist, without you being aware of it. In this article I am going to talk about a subject that is near and dear to the heart of mine, and must be to yours, particularly in case your target is weight loss. Finding out how your body reacts to sugar is able to give you head start on the nutrition plan of yours.
So let's break this down, as well as I will aim to simplify it as much as practical. When you ingest a straightforward sugar, it is quickly absorbeb by the entire body, and quickly enters the blood stream. And so, for that moment, you have what is known as "high blood sugar." Your body then reacts by asking the pancreas to create more of a hormone called insulin. What insulin does is take the extra sugars out of the bloodstream and move it within the muscles of yours where it can be saved as well as used later on. So it basically functions as a "storing" hormone, and the body of yours switches into a fuel-storing function.
The problem with that's, while your pancreas is churning out more insulin to help regulate your bloodsugar, it manufactures a whole lot less of the "release" hormone of its, referred to as glucagon. Glucagon is needed to give off fat from the adipose cell just where it is stored and transport it within the muscle where it could be used as energy. And so effectively, if you consume a fairly easy sugar, you are turning off your body's fat burning mechanism!
In my living courses I use a pretty cool visual demonstration with a can of Pepsi or Coke along with a bag of sugar to get home this point. You can do this in your own home. A can of cola has approximately forty grams of sugars. That's the equivalent of 10 teaspoons! Take a vacant glass and dump ten teaspoons of sugar in it, you'll see where I am going with this. It is gross! And when you consider that, according to Statistics Canada, the regular Canadian consumes an impressive 55lbs. of sugar every year, has it been any wonder so lots of people struggle to lose some weight?
So it would be very easy to make the misstep of assuming you are able to simply get on a treadmill or do a spin class & burn fat. But it's essential to understand that fat loss is a two-step process. If you do not first launch the fat, you cannot burn it. That shows that if you're not in a state where by your body is hormonally in a position to release body fat, glucotrust fake (Learn More Here) you can do cardio all day long and it won't burn up any. Actually, it's far more likely that you will burn off muscle tissue.
Not to be concerned, it gets much better! There's another side to this particular story. If perhaps we can enable you to get to a place where insulin release is stabilized, in a way that one's body is still able to create glucagon, you are able to introduce excess fat on a more consistent basis. This means you can burn more fat, nearly around the clock! Now is not that a spot you'd love to get to? It truly is not that difficult to do. It gets going by staying away from simple sugars in the diet of yours and buying new ones with better quality, non refined, complex carbs (e.g. brown rice, oatmeal, yams).
Ok, so what exactly does all of this have to do with fluctuating energy levels? Well, really it seems insulin does such a good job of removing the sugars from your bloodstream that you end up with low bloodsugar. This clearly shows the short window of power which is high, followed by the "crash" which takes place when consuming a sugary treat. Then when your energy levels tend to be more consistent, it a sign that insulin release is more stable...welcome to the fat-burning zone!
Many of my clients report that when following the recommendations of mine they don't experience the periodic fatigue or even what is occasionally called the "early afternoon lull." They wind up a lot more effective throughout the day. Now isn't that a nice little added bonus! But even more important it's among the key indications that the body of yours is making that metabolic "shift" from a saving method to a burning mode. When you're there, drastic changes start to be possible.
