I'm always getting asked: "what's the fastest way to shed weight" "how can I tone set up and create muscle" etc. So I believed I would give you a brief overview on what I think...
The media specifically portray a false sense of accuracy regarding health recommendation. They're constantly writing diet advice which in turn in the long term will cause you more harm than good - as well as will not allow you to slim down and certainly will not make you meet. For example, I was looking at an article that stated if you eat a particular piece of fruit every day for one month you will lose 1 stone. What rubbish!
I'm going to tell you what's good and what is not.
Why people publish these awful tips and advice is beyond me... as drop 2 dress sizes in one month. For those of us who work 9 to 5 this's just about impossible. What you can do in a month is, get a good fitness level and the foundations for reducing the weight of yours. Start eating healthily as well as eat the correct things to get a well-balanced diet. Most people know what foods are good for us and what aren't. Do not do these "diets" you see online or in magazines, trust me they're poor quality. Eat healthily - have a good amount of protein in the eating habits of yours, include lots of fruit and carbohydrates and vegetables but be sure you do not overload on carbs. Your diet starts in the supermarket - if you purchase junk, you are going to eat junk! When you do not buy it, then you won't eat it. An excellent plan is usually to plan healthy meals for the week, it just requires a couple of minutes to write down what you're going to have. Ensure you are getting the essentials for every meal, ensure you're not going to over load your plate with carbohydrates and having a colourful and mixed plate. Yet another major thing to consider is your food portion size - reduce the quantity of meals, do not overfill the plate of yours. It is everything in the mindset - you don't require it - possess a sensible amount.
Try not to treat! Cut out fizzy drinks as well as cut down the alcohol intake of yours. If you feel hungry and also have the desire to eat, why not have some fruit or perhaps some nuts. You do not need fizzy drinks or chocolate, replace these drinks with water, make certain you're drinking a lot of fluids, this is important in the start of yours for you to get fit and healthy. If you attend the gym I would highly recommend you work with a workout plan which is tailored for you. Everyone differs and has different fitness needs relating to the body shape of theirs and the metabolism etc of theirs. You shouldn't only do cardio or simply go as well as do weights. A great fitness plan involves a range of exercises. Females have to do excess weight exercises too, don't be turned off to get into the weights area and finish your exercises.
