In April 2014 we wrote about the emerging trends in eCommerce as well as our expectations on exactly how things will shape up. All the buzz around mobile use of eCommerce is coming true. 2015 is likely to become the season when eCommerce vendors may have no alternative but take notice as well as activity around mobile eCommerce, or else they're going to be left behind in the game.

S-commerce will finally be a reality:

But like we stated in our blog - Social Commerce: Tips for the new Era - it's time to start preparing for s-commerce before it arrives at maturity. 2015 is gon na be the year that more and more social media sites and platforms start following some elementary form of s-commerce, permitting a true test of the energy of its. We do believe that it may simply be in 2016 which social commerce is going to become an accepted and stable mode of eCommerce.

Analytics are going to play a bigger part in decision-making:
Big data has acquired appropriate momentum in The Wholesale Formula analytics arena and will also change to more use of big data and analytics tools to aid in decision making. Organizations are likely to have to look to big data analytics to achieve a far more complete awareness of clients and their behavior.
