I can't tell you the number of times during the past 20 years that I began diets, simply to fall off the wagon two to 3 weeks down the line as well as pile all the weight back on again! Then last May I'd another go, only this time on my terms, slowly and without depriving myself of everything instantly. The thing I decided fairly early on, was making convinced I'd in the house a number of snacks that would replace the biscuits, cakes and chocolates which I'd got into the practice of grazing on. 4. Snack a Jacks. I don't know about you, although I at times just need to have a crisp! I crave the salt along with the crunch factor. Fortunately, these have much less fat then the normal variety of crisp. Throw these into your shopping trolley also you'll feel less responsible than in case you were to eat the full fat version.
5. Crumpets. Ok, so I'm a Brit and I like my crumpets! Did you understand they are suprisingly low in fat? Ideal for a saturday mid-afternoon tea when the family are digging into their jam and scones - we live in Devon which is renowned for cream teas that burn fat and boost Metabolism, therefore not a simple spot to diet in! Put a teaspoon of jam on the best (but hardly any butter) and also you will not look so unhappy. Furthermore a good bet when you're craving carbohydrates and want a low calorie alternative to biscuits and cakes.
