Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes
We consume breakfast smoothies throughout the year around. Perhaps even in case you do not have frozen fruit you can still produce healthful shakes for breakfast or perhaps any other time of day.
Breakfast smoothies are a great way to begin the morning however I find that in case they are a fresh fruit smoothie, I am hungry within an hour, hence I love to add some protein to the breakfast smoothies of mine. With a few tweaks to the average smoothie, you are able to have a healthy and hearty breakfast in minutes.
A note regarding protein. It is best to have the day with a healthy protein. I normally have 2 eggs which are organic along with a breakfast smoothie. People generally underestimate how much protein they truly need to maintain the energy of theirs and well being.
