Value of a healthy and Balanced Diet
INTRODUCTION:
There is a saying that "Health is Wealth". Health is probably the most valuable of all of the things in life. If perhaps we drop the health of ours then we lose everything. Neither can there be any enjoyment nor there is any chance of earning the livelihood of ours properly if the health of ours is deteriorated.
To keep ourselves healthy, the most important thing we need is nutrition. This nutrition and nourishment is produced from a proper and a healthy diet. A balanced diet is nonetheless a major problem in a lot of developing countries. The people who are economically vulnerable are deprived of diet which is balanced. In developed countries there's the problem of over nourishment leading to obesity which is a big cause of heart ailments. Cardiovascular diseases tend to be the major cause of death in the developed western countries. And so, we can declare that a balanced diet is needed for each person irrespective of his or her financial or social background. The diet plan will need to neither be in excess or a reduced amount of.
