2. You should avoid fat.
The fact is: we need fats. Fats assist with nutrient absorption, nerve transmission, and keeping cell membrane integrity. If fats are consumed in excess amount, they could contribute to fat gain, heart problems and certain types of cancer. Fatty acids are not created equal. Some fats promote the health of ours positively while some increase our risks of heart problems. The primary factor is replacing fats which are bad with fats that are good in our diet. fats which are Good include monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. These're found in oils that are olive, nuts, fish oils to name just a few. The bad oils are saturated and trans fats. These're found in packaged foods as well as meats and sea food.
3. Skip meals to shed weight.
While it's true that you would like to decrease your general caloric intake to lose weight, you don't wish to skip meals to take action. Whenever you skip meals the body of yours moves into "starvation mode". It doesn't understand when it's about to get another meal. When in starvation mode your body holds onto everything, so it's something to apply later if it does not get any more food. It significantly lowers the metabolism of yours to skip meals.
