An excellent Diet to overcome Both Type 1 and Type two Diabetes!

I have been clinically determined to have type 1 diabetes for more than ten years ago. And I have lived over 2 years with no insulin, with regular blood glucose levels, by changing the diet of mine and exercising more. Here's an example of the diet with which I was able to defeat diabetes!

A perfect diet for diabetes: Breakfast
Among the favorites of mine diabetic-friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with dry fruits and nuts. Although not any of them!! I choose organic, unsweetened entire cereals, for instance some of Nature's Path products, or just soaked or little by little cooked oatmeal, spelt, millet or buckwheat. For milk, I go for unsweetened and organic soy milk (Natur-a or maybe So nice), or perhaps I make the personal milk of mine, with soaked almonds, soy, sesame, rice, or else. Never will I work with cow or animal milk, as it's not destined for adults, especially not adults of other species.
What help make those cereals delicious are the dry fruits as well as nuts I include. On the evening, I soak dried fruit (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), and about 2 3 of each of those nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, and chia seeds. All materials are raw and organic. On summer, I naturally up the fresh fruit.
On the morning, I include the cereals and milk, and certain powdered of psyllium, after which spices if wanted, Glucotrust evidence (Auburn-reporter.com) cinnamon, carob powder, ginger, or else. The outcome is absolutely delicious, healthy, and the sugar levels level of mine is usually natural within two hours after I take in this.

An ideal diet for diabetes: Lunch
My favorite diabetic-friendly lunch is a complete salad. This salad usually has a couple of different kinds of finely chopped greens, for example kale-broccoli-parsley, or arugula-dandelion-basil, or perhaps lettuce-chive-coriander, or else.
In that case it's a couple of finely cut vegetables and also fruit, for instance carrots-mushrooms-tomatoes, or maybe apple-onion-carrots, and zucchini-mushroom-black olives red pepper, or even banana-orange-strawberry (especially delectable with arugula and basil) and so on, based on what is in the fridge and your taste.
