Five Components of Physical Fitness
Even though the characterization of physical fitness can be a bit complex or unclear and also the definition of actual physical fitness can vary, nearly all federal health agencies as well as workout scientists agree there are 5 elements of fitness and health regarding health. These components supply a fairly accurate representation of how healthy the body is as a complete (overall or total fitness). The 5 parts are cardiovascular fitness (also known as cardio respiratory endurance and aerobic endurance), flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and body composition.
Let's take a deeper look at these components individually.

Of the five components, cardiovascular conditioning is the cornerstone that creates the pathway to boosting your other fitness levels.
Cardiovascular fitness would be the performance with which the body (the heart and lungs) delivers nutrients and oxygen to the required working muscles and transports waste items from the cells over a sustained time period. Or to be able to set it one other way, it is the potential of your lungs and heart to work together to provide the necessary oxygen and fuel to the body of yours without rapidly achieving a high level of tiredness and fatigue.
From the day lives of ours, we need cardiovascular fitness to handle the actual physical tasks and every one of the "running around" we do.
A common test of cardiovascular fitness usually involves some type of sustained running. But common examples of physical activities that relate to cardiovascular fitness are jogging, swimming, cycling, brisk or speed athletic as well as any sort of cardio exercises. Aerobic exercise may be the best way to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
