You Can Prevent Cardiovascular disease by Consuming a Fish Oil Dietary Supplement
Massive scale clinical trials have shown that a fish oil dietary supplement (which supplies important omega-3 fatty acids) significantly cuts down on the incidence of heart disease.
In the 1960's medical investigation established a link between the level of cholesterol for someone's blood and hardening of the arteries. It was thought that the level of cholesterol was increased by the quantity of fat eaten. However this particular research was imperfect because the Greek population ate a good deal of extra fat, but had few cardiovascular issues. Later the Inuit Eskimos in Greenland were observed to eat massive amounts of seal as well as whale blubber, yet not suffer from cardiac failure.
What was the secret ingredient eaten by these two populations which protected their hearts? And also this even with having a huge consumption of fat which most Americans would consider bad.
2 Danish doctors had taken blood samples from the Eskimos in Greenland. With all the help of a world famous fat specialist from Minnesota, they identified 2 fatty acids which have been contained in the Inuit but not in major amounts in the Danish public. These 2 fatty acids were discovered to be docosahexaenoic acid [DHA] and eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA]. They're part of the family of omega-3 fatty acids which are important java burn for coffee (what do you think) health that is optimal .
A number of foods processing methods as well as the grain dominated diet of farm animals meant that DHA and EPA had been more or less eliminated from food. The human body is able to produce its own personal essential fatty acids given a supply of grow derived ALA omega-3, but the best source is from other seafoods and fish oil.
