Physical fitness and You
Fitness and health is to the human body what fine tuning is usually to an engine. It is not a race, it's a pursuit. In its most basic meaning, fitness and health is a general state of excellent physical health. It's a foundation for a long and successful life.
Physical fitness is generally measured by periodic tests measuring strength, coordination, outbackbellyburner.com/ (you-joy.ru) agility, endurance, and flexibility. Fitness and health is the capacity of the heart, blood vessels, lungs, and muscle tissue to function at optimum effectiveness.
It has 2 meanings -- General fitness (a state of health as well as specific fitness and well being) (the capability to do specific elements of sports or occupations). Fitness and health is important, even on bed rest.
A general-purpose physical fitness plan must address the following essentials:
Cardiovascular Fitness: It's the ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to provide oxygen to muscles during continuing physical exercise.
Regular workouts allow more blood to be pumped with each stroke of heart.
Flexibility Training: Stretching increases the assortment of action of a joint. It improves suppleness.
Strength Training: Strength training would be the use of resistance to muscular contraction to construct the strength, and size or color of skeletal muscles.
