The reality About Fitness

I'm always getting asked: "what's the best way to lose weight" "how could I tone in place and develop muscle" etc. So I thought I would provide you with a brief overview on what I think...
The media particularly portray a false sense of accuracy regarding health advice. They're constantly writing diet advice that in the long haul will cause you much more damage than good - and will not allow you to shed weight and certainly won't allow you to meet. For example, I was looking at an article that stated whether you take in a certain piece of fruit each day for 1 month you will lose 1 stone. What rubbish!

I am going to tell you what's great and what is not.
Why others publish these awful tips as well as advice is beyond me... as drop 2 dress sizes in a single month. For those of us who work nine to 5 this is just about impossible.
