At Home Workouts - Basic Jump Rope Workout
An example of my personal favorite at home "workouts" doesn't look too much like a workout. It absolutely gets your heart rate up, It's challenging to go on, and it's FUN! (Yes, I said FUN! It really is just like being a child again.) You are able to do it with a typical jump rope or maybe a weighted jump rope.
