Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes
We consume breakfast smoothies throughout the year around. Even in case you do not have frozen fruit you can still produce healthful shakes for breakfast or perhaps any other time of day.
Breakfast smoothies are a fantastic way to begin the day time however I find that if they are a fresh fruit smoothie, I am hungry within an hour, thus I love to then add protein to the breakfast smoothies of mine. With a few tweaks to the average smoothie, you can have a hearty and healthy breakfast in minutes.
A note regarding protein. It's best to have the day with an awesome protein. I normally have 2 eggs that are organic in addition to a a breakfast smoothie. People generally underestimate just how much protein they really need to maintain their energy and wellness.

These're nutritious and quick with an excellent serving of protein as well. If you usually skip breakfast because you are busy (ahem...a big no-no!) then you will love just how simple these recipes are.
