Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes
We enjoy breakfast smoothies throughout the year around. Perhaps even if you don't have frozen fruit you can still generate healthful smoothies for breakfast or perhaps any other time of day.
Breakfast smoothies are a great method to start the day however I find that if they're a fresh fruit smoothie, I am hungry within an hour, thus I like to add some protein to the breakfast smoothies of mine. With a number of tweaks to a regular smoothie, you are able to have a healthy and hearty breakfast in minutes.
A note regarding protein. It is best to start the day with a great protein. I typically have 2 eggs which are organic in addition to a a breakfast smoothie. People generally underestimate the amount of protein they really need to maintain their energy and wellness.

These are quick and nutritious with a very good serving of protein as well. In case you often skip breakfast as you are busy (ahem...a big no-no!) well then you will love exactly how simple these recipes are.
Almond Boost
1-2 cups rice or exipure ingredients (janunjanan.com) even almond gentle - make sure they're organic and non-GMO.
