I receive several letters from ladies who stay at the homes of theirs looking after children. They want to look good, become fit and have me ways to achieve this. Some years ago I had 1 day job which took almost all of the time of mine and utilize every free or not free second to make exercises. There are many exercises that could be practiced while you're cooking, ironing or watching TV. I call this exercise "Passive" as it requires simply tightening up of several muscles.
The most problematic female places are butt, hips and abs. The best way to firm up them up?
Picture you are upright and ironing clothes. Begin tightens up the butt of yours, flex butt muscles, hold for 2-3 seconds and relax. Make twenty reps.
Hip exercise
Stay upright. Tighten up butt and legs, you have to think you lower body as a powerful wall. Now raise left leg to the left side, return leg to the floor and lift right leg on the right side. Alternative legs and make 20 reps. You have to feel tension in the left of yours and right hips.
Abdominal muscles exercise
