The ten Components of Fitness
Fitness is a principle that's immensely misunderstood and every person has his/her unique way of defining it.
What a lot of people do not know is that you will find ten components/elements/facets that form the state of "Fitness". All of these 10 segments need being improved in a person for him/her to be deemed as physically it.
Today, it does not matter if you're young or old, man or girl; and whether you should be to a certain group of men and women (bodybuilder, couch potato, corporate executive, athlete, probiotic drinks good belly (read) housewife etc). The exercise routine of yours should aim to improve all ten components of fitness.
All people are created the same way physiologically. Therefore, we need every one of the pieces of fitness to enhance the quality of our conditioning and thereby improve life.
So....What exactly would be the 10 components of fitness?
The 10 Components of Fitness:
One) Cardiovascular Endurance: The capacity of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems to transport oxygenated blood to the functioning skeletal muscles for a long period of time with no fatigue.
2) Muscular Endurance: The capability of skeletal muscles to constantly contract for an extended length of time without experiencing fatigue.
