Bring up to a boil and then let simmer till prepared for use. Mix juice and powdered pectin in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add sugar suddenly, stirring until sugar dissolves. Muscadine grapes are a variety of grapevine native to North America.
2.5lbs (1.13kg) granulated sugar; Red wine yeast. To make muscadine wine, initially, wash and sanitize a 1-gallon glass jug. In the clean jug, dissolve 6 cups of sugar into 3 quarts of filtered water. Mash 4 cups of muscadine grapes and add it to the sugar water.
