Kevin: You mentioned tooth issues. We actually have not brought up teeth issues with anyone from this program. And certain individuals on a raw diet do experience hot as well as cold sensitivity, plus is the fact that the symbol of teeth starting to rot? What is happening there?

Jameth: Yes it may be, and many a raw fooder has gotten dental issues, it's in fact the team that has the most dental problems in my experience, prodentim negative reviews (islandssounder.com) and especially in the years past, because there's far more awareness of that, happens to be raw fooders, which certainly is ironic. The nastiest dental health I've seen is in raw fooders.

Jameth: Now when I was mostly a fruitarian, I'd a number of cavities when I was a child, I believe four, and when I was mainly fruitarian, the tooth of mine started rotting using the mouth of mine. I received many, most cavities, and that was during which comparable time of athletics when I was eating so much sugar. Now, somebody would say, "Well, I'm consuming this raw foods, important, healthy, magnificent fruit," also I'm not at all an anti fruit individual, but by no means do I recommend fruitarianism either.

Jameth: I was consuming more sugar then I was when I was a typical unhealthy foods kid at Halloween and so forth. A typical person, if they eat fast foods & sugars, they will have a snack bar in this article, there, maybe when one day, something like that, maybe twice a day. Thus, two times one day you've sugar passing by the teeth of yours. When you are a raw fooder and eating lots of fruit, you are experiencing sugar pass by the teeth of yours a dozen times a day. I'll have a piece of fruit today. Have a slice of fresh fruit later. And, fruit's so low calorie, you have much more contact time with sugar on your teeth. And, it's ironic that a typical candy bar has a very limited ability to feed your cells because it has white sugar, it is preservatives, there's hardly any nutrients in it, it's merely absolute crap, and you cannot sustain cellular life wonderfully whatsoever. Also, the bacteria which live under your gums, every time they receive a candy bar, they can develop from that. Nevertheless, they can't cultivate almost too as they can from fruit sugar because fruit sugar is live, it's vital, it has enzymes, it's life force. The drinking water in fruits and veggie's is a minimal surface tension structured drinking water which feeds the cells of ours phenomenally superior to a candy bar. That's one of the reasons raw foods and whole foods are very good for us. Bacteria under your teeth thrive on fruit sugar as no other as it's more important for them, too. Also, they get better.
