Boost Your Brain Power And Memory Over 40!
Typically the over-40 patients of mine start getting a bit of anxious whenever they start experiencing "brain fog" and forgetting several things like a title, wherever they put their keys, best nootropics for adhd meetings, if they had taken their medicines, etcetera. Our brains store an unbelievable amount of data in them through three kinds of memory:

-Long-term recent - memory type most affected by ageing, holds information as someone's name you have met, what you did a few days ago. Inability to remember names is common.
Long-range recently available
-Long-term remote - memory that retailers considerable older data from your youth, or what you did on a historical day, is not affected by the aging process as much. You'll probably remember what color the childhood motorcycle of yours was than the color of the shirt you put on two days ago!
