Did you understand unless you are growing your own food on the top of a lush, untouched Andean pinnacle, or maybe a thriving virgin delta somewhere, it is extremely probably that you are not getting the vitamins and minerals that the body of yours and mind need to operate at the optimum effectiveness of theirs? What I want to speak about here's the nutritional intake of ours. Is it up to scratch because of the speed of the modern day lifestyle of ours? Are we getting plenty of essential vitamins and minerals to fight aging, fatigue, illness, disease, other illnesses and depression of the time of ours? Is exactly what we are eating giving us what the bodies of ours and brains need to create a healthy immune system and providing us with large energy and vigor to continue with the kids of ours, succeed in our jobs and take pleasure in the life we've, now and here?
No!
Not only will be the earth in which the food of ours grows an incredibly real issue, the vast majority of average Australians consume more fast foods and processed foods than in the past. Consuming these foods types generates a kind of' nutrient starvation' in our body which could lead to fatigue, depression, illness, illness and morbid obesity if prolonged & excessive. And so, obviously we need to do a thing about it! The issue is nutrient deficiency; the answer is to boost our daily food consumption with SOMETHING! Now, for most of us to get the required quantity of vitamins and minerals we need to allow for our bodies and minds, we would have to consume ridiculous amounts of fruit, vegetables, nuts, proteins and grains each day which was cultivated in nutrient rich soils and eaten within hours of getting picked. This just is not easy for most of us.
I would suggest that a mix of approaches is a good idea.
• In case you are able to afford it, buy organic or grow your own... along with being chemical & pesticide free & non-modified, it tastes improved too! There's no reason you can't have a mini-vegie garden raised in pots on your balcony.
• Take a multivitamin - a great one will be highly absorbable in to the blood stream, plus contain all those trace minerals that we cannot find anywhere else except by introducing them ourselves to the health of ours.
