Congratulations! Your Cactus Root System Is About To Stop Being Relevant
Submitted by darlenebender2827 on June 25, 2022 - 13:08The first winter frost-damaged succulent is Agave Attenuata. Encourage better flowering requires cooling in winter. The plants that are native to the Americas (cacti and maples) or those that can withstand harsh winters like those in northern climates (sedums and Sempervivums) fare better than those grown in Madagascar and South Africa. Your Kalanchoe will flourish if you give it more sunlight. When you're done, the damage will be barely noticeable. While most succulents can survive a very brief frost (less then an hour), Agave Attenuata's leaves are more susceptible to damage.

The World's Worst Advice On Best Succulent Identification App
Submitted by sebastiane44387536 on June 25, 2022 - 02:16The concept for this year's mini-tree was one by Margee Rader in my book, Succulent Container Gardens. The glass jar lid looks almost like ice. However, any container can work including a flowerpot. A small, shallow container makes the cutting look proportionally large and treelike. Unlike their spaced-out counterparts, tight-packed arrangements are considered to have a more rounded, finished look since the pot is already brimming with flowers. Remember that succulents should look like they are part of an underwater flora or fauna living in a coral reef. Succulents love fresh air and breezes.
