Hobgoblins are wirier and skinnier than other orks, have greenish pores and skin tones (orks ordinarily just have human colorations) and strong black eyes, and have a pretty robust perception of private honor that requires that they get payback for any slight performed in opposition to them. They've dwelt underground so very long that they obtain sunlight painfully shiny, and generally put on distinct black robes and pointed hoods when aboveground.
