Millions of people run out the door every day without having breakfast, and they pay the purchase price for it too. Those on diet programs wish to avoid the calories, but the majority skip this meal as they do not have the time to create something or maybe they just do not see the importance of eating when they first wake up. Some folks are merely not hungry right away and do not wish to force themselves to eat something.
