After many years of spending hundreds, as well as thousands, of dollars, after getting sick on them, and after seeing no type of results in the type of weight reduction / fat burn from them, several have finally recognized they are WORTHLESS.
But, lots of people are still confused whether the health supplements that are marketed as "Meal Replacements", "Weight Gainers", "natural supplements", and "amino acids" have some great use in substituting for some whole foods that will help accelerate their goals to lose weight and also lose excess fat.

Shakes and supplements.
Many different "meal replacement" powders and shakes, likewise called RTD's, are sold as being a replacement for a true, entire food meal.
The makers claim they're "just as great, if not more effective, than eating a genuine meal", which will, supposedly, speed up the weight loss process.
They say they have higher amounts of protein, lower amounts of sugars or carbohydrates, and include substances including BCAA's, exipure diet reviews CLA, HMB, Creatine, Glutamine, so on and so forth.
